Wright Choice Counseling

Wright Choice Counseling is a Christian group counseling practice serving Vandalia and Effingham, Illinois, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families. Our team of clinicians is trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Gottman Method, and we specialize in supporting first responders, veterans, and those experiencing trauma, relationship challenges, and burnout.

We offer both traditional therapy sessions and intensive counseling options designed to create meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
