Mrs. Kaye DeSelms Dent

In 2022, Kaye merged with Wes Coulson, an esteemed colleague, to form Dent Coulson Elder Law, LLC. (Kaye had previously operated Dent Law Offices, Ltd.) "DCEL" provides an array of Elder Law and estate planning services, including Nursing Home Planning and Special Needs Planning.
As a member of Elder Counsel and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Illinois Chapter (ILNAELA), Kaye has the most up-to-date knowledge and resources to meet her clients’ needs. Kaye currently serves on the Boards of ILNAELA and Children's Advocacy Centers of Illinois. She also serves on the boards of the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation Advisory Board for Effingham County and Chairs the Fifth Circuit Pro Bono Committee of the Public Interest Law Initiative.
