Workforce Wednesday Classes - Hire Me!  How to Answer Difficult Interview Questions, and Get Your Resume Noticed and Land Interviews!
The first Wednesday of each month is dedicated to helping our Workforce in Effingham County and the surrounding area.  Our goal is to help you find the job you want and need.  
Classes are free of charge and are taught by local Human Resource Professionals on a variety of different topics, all related to getting attendees better prepared to ace the interview process, present their best qualities, and get hired. 
June's class will be taught by Tonya Griffith and JoAnn Sasse Givens.  Tonya is a People Services Generalist for HSHS Southern Illinois, based out of HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham. She supports many areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, on-boarding, and colleague relations. She has ten years of Human Resources experience including temporary staffing, manufacturing, and retail, and  obtained a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
 JoAnn Sasse Givens is Director of Workforce Development for the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce.  She has worked in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development for over twenty years.  Her work includes recruitment and management positions in diverse industries.
