Open Interview Day is not your typical job fair.

Instead of waiting behind a table, participating businesses will open their doors and welcome job seekers directly into their workplaces. This is your opportunity to step inside local companies, meet hiring teams face-to-face, and see what opportunities exist right here in your own backyard.

Worried about getting from one business to another? Don’t fret. CEFS will be providing free transportation between participating locations, making it easy for job seekers to visit multiple employers throughout the day.

For job seekers, it’s a chance to explore real workplaces, ask questions, make connections, and stand out beyond a paper application.
